Using TPR as a primary material, we provide Hiprene with variative of grades so the customers can adjust the product as well as the price that suitable for them. M5 – Using recycling TPR material, M7-M30 – Using recycling TPR and numbers of virgin material (Proposing the percentage of TPR recycling and virgin material are welcome), M40-M120 – Using 100% virgin material.
Thermocell is Using virgin TPR material with super light low density of 0.5 – 0.7 as well as good anti-abrasion resistance. Comparing to Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and Poly Urethane (PU), Thermocell is totally recyclable and easily workable.
An ultra-lightweight Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) material based on polyvinyl with a density of 0.6 – 0.7 offers excellent abrasion resistance.
